Multiple trees were knocked down in the Monsey Area due to a storm passing through. According to the Ramapo Police Department, this caused electrical wires to be taken out as well. There were also several transformers throughout the town that malfunctioned which also caused power outages.
Route 202 from Route 306 to Lime Kiln Road due to multiple trees down. Emergency crews are working as fast as they can to open the road.
